History & Notes:
	Jack heralds from an alternate reality where Dr. Doom is in
complete control of the earth.  On the alternate earth, mutants are
forced in to public service.  The ones who excel are promoted to the
title of Doom Stalker.  Jack was known as Bodycount and was the
Doom Stalker for the inner city Chicago area.  A meeting with Spectre
hurled him into this world, and it's taking all his energy to adjust to
this foreign way of life.
