Experience and Advancement    
   
  After every session (or issue), the GM assigns Exp based on the overall  
performance of each hero.  The amount of Exp awarded is entirely up to the GM, but the
range is between 0-3 Exp per session (or issue).  The player may then cash in this Exp for
an Advancement on the table below.  
   
Exp Advancment Notes  
3 Stunt   Must use stunt successfully once per adventure for 3+ adventures
    before stunt is stable.  
   
2 Skill   May never have more than 4 skills in any one stat.  
   
3 World Class May upgrade an existing skill to World Class status.  May never
    have more than one World Class skill without GM approval.  
   
15 Edge   May not go over 3 without specific GM permission.  
   
12 Hinderance Buying off a Hinderance must be worked into story.  
   
10 New Power New powers start off with an intensity equal to half of the parent
    stat (rounding up).  
   
5 Boost Power The power being boosted must have been used in each adventure
  (12 or Under) that the character earned Exp for.  For every 5 Exp spent, the
    power is boosted only 1 point.  This applies to powers with an
    Intensity of 12 or lower.  
   
7 Boost Power The power being boosted must have been used in each adventure
  (13-15)   that the character earned Exp for.  For every 7 Exp spent, the
    power is boosted only 1 point.  This applies to powers with an
    Intensity of 13-15.  
   
10 Boost Power The power being boosted must have been used in each adventure
  (16-20)   that the character earned Exp for.  For every 10 Exp spent, the
    power is boosted only 1 point.  This applies to powers with an
    Intensity of 16-20.  
   
15 Boost Power The power being boosted must have been used in each adventure
  (21 or More) that the character earned Exp for.  For every 15 Exp spent, the
    power is boosted only 1 point.  This applies to powers with an
    Intensity of 21 or higher.  
   
8 Boost Stat For every 8 Exp spent, the stat is boosted only 1 point.  This
  (12 or Under) applies to stats with an Intensity of 12 or lower.  
   
10 Boost Stat For every 10 Exp spent, the stat is boosted only 1 point.  This
  (13-15)   applies to stats with an Intensity of 13-15.  
   
12 Boost Stat For every 12 Exp spent, the stat is boosted only 1 point.  This
  (16-20)   applies to stats with an Intensity of 16-20.  
   
20 Boost Stat For every 20 Exp spent, the stat is boosted only 1 point.  This
  (21 or More) applies to stats with an Intensity of 21 or higher.  
   
8 Limit   Buying off a Limit must be worked into story.
