History & Notes:
	Michael was the by product of an alliance between the late Wilson
“Kingpin” Fisk and the now defunct magic wielding crime organization called
the Hellgate cartel.  Both Kingpin and The Hellgate Cartel had battled for
control of New York underworld for several years.  Kingpin called a truce
and formed an alliance between the two organizations.  Kingpin and the
Hellgate cartel wanted to combine magic and technology to make the ultimate
henchman.  Kingpin chose Michael, a low level thug, for the experimental
procedure. Michael woke up after the experiment with super powers and
into a pitched battle between Kingpin’s, Hellgates’ forces, and the GUARD
(formerly known as S.H.E.I.L.D.).  The fight ended with the GUARD victorious,
Kingpin dead and his empire in shambles, and the surviving members of the
Hellgate cartel in custody.  Michael now known as Interface is now one the
GUARD’s most effective superhuman agents.
