Wyatt and 15 members of
his gang were kidnapped and experimented on |

the Powerbroker organization.
Powerbrokers thought the experiment had |
| gone
wrong so they dumped the comatose gang members in the river. Wyatt was |

only one to regain consciousness and did not drown. With a baby on the way, |
| Wyatt
decided to use his powers to help people and clean up the streets in his |
| neighborhood.
Wyatt has been contacted by the GUARD and is considering joining |

organization. |
