Note:  Stresspoint tends to focus his Kinetic Control (Blast) through his weapons.  Anytime

he does this, he does not receive the damage bonus for the gun, only the normal

damage from his power (as if he did not use the gun at all).  The weapons bonuses

above are only for when he is truly firing those weapons.

History & Notes:

Returning home from the military, and having his powers discovered as part of the

AIM experiment, Dixon decides to build a normal life for himself in New York.  Seeing

the decay the street gangs and thugs have brought about, Dixon decides to take action as a

ruthless Vigiliante known as Stresspoint.
